How can we help?
Straight answers about creators, signals, grading, searches, alerts and plans. Type to search, or pick a topic. Every answer has its own link.
Getting started
What is AlphaFloz?
AlphaFloz is social signal intelligence for traders. It reads what the creators you choose are saying on YouTube (full transcripts), Reddit, StockTwits and Discord, turns every stock call into a graded signal, and shows you where two or more of your creators agree before it is on the chart.
Others show the chatter. We grade it. Every call is checked against the real price afterwards, so a creator's weight comes from their record, not their follower count.
How do I sign in?
Go to alphafloz.com/login. Enter your email and password, or choose Email me a sign-in link to get a one-time link that signs you in without a password. The link expires in 15 minutes.
New here? Pick a plan and request access. We open the desk in small batches.
What do I see first, and why is it empty?
You land on the Convergence Board. Every account starts from a blank slate: nothing is preloaded, and the board only fills with signals from creators you follow. Add a creator on My Creators and the Signal Feed fills within minutes; the board lights up once two or more of your creators lean the same way on the same stock.
Is there a quick tour?
Yes. A 90-second video walks through the three steps: add a creator, see the calls graded, watch the Convergence Board. Watch it here. It also plays on the Convergence Board inside the app.
Creators
How do I add a creator?
On My Creators, paste the creator's YouTube channel link, give them a display name, and press Add creator. AlphaFloz then reads their videos from the last 30 days (up to 20) and grades the calls in them. The first scan usually finishes within a few minutes; the row says Scanning until it does.
Which links work?
The channel's own link: youtube.com/@ChannelName or youtube.com/channel/UC…. Links to a single video, playlists or just a name do not work, because they do not identify the channel directly.
To find the right link, open the channel on YouTube and copy the address from the browser bar, or use the Share button on the channel page.
How many creators can I follow?
It depends on your plan:
| Plan | Creators | Pattern Searches a day | Alert rules | Convergence window |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 2 creators | not included | not included | 30 days |
| Silver | 5 creators | 10 searches | not included | 30 days |
| Gold | 10 creators | 50 searches | 10 rules | 60 days |
| Platinum | 25 creators | 100 searches | 50 rules | 90 days |
Slots count the creators you follow at once. You can also add at most twice your slots in a calendar month, so swapping creators is fine, but churning through dozens is not.
How often are my creators checked?
About every six hours, around the clock. Each check looks at the newest uploads of every followed channel, reads the transcript of anything new, and grades the calls. You never have to press anything.
Can I import the channels I already subscribe to on YouTube?
Not yet. Connecting your YouTube account to import subscriptions in one click is coming; for now, add creators by link.
A creator shows an error. What now?
Open the Fix link box under that creator and paste the channel's own link. If YouTube cannot find the channel at all, the link is probably to a video or a search page rather than the channel.
Signals and the Convergence Board
What is a signal?
One stock call from one creator: the ticker, the direction (bullish, bearish or neutral), the conviction (high, medium or low), a one-line summary of what was actually said, and the video it came from. Signals appear on the Signal Feed, newest first, and only for the creators you follow.
What is the Convergence Board?
The board shows where two or more of your creators lean the same way on the same ticker or theme inside your signal window. Each card tells you the ticker, the direction, who agrees and how strong the agreement is. One voice is an opinion; agreement among graded voices is worth your attention.
Your signal window depends on your plan: Free 30 days, Silver 30 days, Gold 60 days, Platinum 90 days.
Why is my board empty?
Three usual reasons. You follow fewer than two creators (convergence needs at least two). Your creators have not called the same stock inside your window yet (real overlap often takes two to four weeks). Or your creators post rarely. The Signal Feed still shows every individual call in the meantime.
Do I see other members' creators or signals?
No. Your feed, board and alerts are built only from the creators you follow. The reading and grading of a video is shared behind the scenes, so a popular creator is analysed once, but what you see is yours.
Grading and the Learning Engine
How are calls graded?
Every call is checked against the real price 7, 14, 21 and 30 days later. A call counts as correct when the price moved in the direction the creator called. From that, each creator gets an accuracy percentage and an average return per call, shown on the Learning Engine leaderboard.
What do Edge, Mixed, Trap, Lottery and Noise mean?
The verdict on the leaderboard, from a creator's accuracy at the window you pick and their average 30-day return:
- Edge: accurate and profitable (at least 55% right, at least +5% average).
- Lottery: wrong more often than right, but the winners are big (under 50% right, at least +8%). Size small.
- Trap: often right on direction, yet loses money on average (at least 55% right, negative return).
- Noise: no edge either way (under 45% right, under +2%).
- Mixed: everything in between.
How many calls before a creator is ranked?
Five graded calls by default; the Min signals slider on the Learning Engine lets you ask for more. A new creator appears on the Signal Feed right away but needs a few weeks of outcomes before a verdict means anything.
Does follower count matter?
No. Sources are weighted by accuracy and return, never by audience size. A small channel with a good record outweighs a large one with a poor record.
Pattern Search, Momentum and Chart
What is Pattern Search?
A market screen you write in plain English, for example stocks beating SPY by at least 5 points over 60 days with below-average volatility. AlphaFloz turns the sentence into exact filters, shows you those filters before it scans, then runs them over the market. A scan takes one to two minutes.
Pattern Search is included from Silver up, with a daily count per plan: Free not included, Silver 10 searches, Gold 50 searches, Platinum 100 searches.
Why did my search count go down when nothing matched?
Each run counts, whether or not it finds stocks, because the interpretation and the scan happen either way. Counts reset at midnight UTC. Refine the sentence rather than repeating it.
What is Momentum?
A three-condition screen over about 500 large US stocks: a 20-day breakout, volume at least 1.5 times its 20-day average, and a bull regime. Run it from the Momentum page; it takes three to five minutes. You can filter the results to tickers your creators have also mentioned.
What does the Chart page do?
Type any ticker for a price chart with the signals your creators gave on it, and press Scan for Patterns to check it against the pattern library. Chart data is free market data and does not count against anything.
Alerts
What alert rules can I set?
Four kinds, on the Custom Alerts page:
- Screen: a saved Pattern Search sentence; you are emailed when new stocks match.
- Watchlist: specific tickers and a condition (breakout, new 60-day high, price above or below a level).
- Convergence: a ticker reaches a number of aligned sources you choose.
- Influencer: chosen channels mention a ticker.
Alerts are included from Gold up: Free not included, Silver not included, Gold 10 rules, Platinum 50 rules.
When do alerts send, and how often?
Rules are checked on every data cycle, about every six hours, and send by email. Each rule emails at most once a day, and a ticker that already alerted is not repeated for 48 hours, so you get a short digest rather than a stream.
Plans, billing and limits
What do the plans cost?
Prices in US dollars. Annual plans are ten months for twelve, so two months are free.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Annual saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | ||
| Silver | $49/mo | $490/yr | save $98 |
| Gold | $99/mo | $990/yr | save $198 |
| Platinum | $199/mo | $1,990/yr | save $398 |
Checkout is not open yet. Pick the plan you want on the plans page and request access; we email you when your desk is ready, and nothing is charged until you start a paid plan.
What is included in each plan?
| Plan | Pages included |
|---|---|
| Free | Convergence Board, Signal Feed, Chart, My Creators |
| Silver | Convergence Board, Signal Feed, Momentum, Pattern Search, Chart, My Creators |
| Gold | Convergence Board, Signal Feed, Momentum, Pattern Search, Chart, Learning Engine, Ticker Vault, Custom Alerts, My Creators |
| Platinum | Convergence Board, Signal Feed, Momentum, Pattern Search, Chart, Learning Engine, Ticker Vault, Custom Alerts, My Creators |
Limits by plan:
| Plan | Creators | Pattern Searches a day | Alert rules | Convergence window |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 2 creators | not included | not included | 30 days |
| Silver | 5 creators | 10 searches | not included | 30 days |
| Gold | 10 creators | 50 searches | 10 rules | 60 days |
| Platinum | 25 creators | 100 searches | 50 rules | 90 days |
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free follows 2 creators, which is the minimum for convergence, with a 30-day window and the pages listed above. No card is needed.
How does the annual plan work?
You pay for ten months and get twelve. The saving is shown on each plan card when you toggle Annual: Silver saves $98 a year, Gold saves $198 a year, Platinum saves $398 a year.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
Checkout is not open yet. Pick the plan you want on the plans page and request access; we email you when your desk is ready, and nothing is charged until you start a paid plan.
Is there a usage budget on top of the counts?
Yes, a quiet one. Each paid plan includes an analysis budget worth 10% of its price a month, released day by day. Pattern Searches, alert rules and the first scan of a creator you add draw on it; browsing, charts and your feed never do. In ordinary use you will not notice it. If a page says the budget is used up, it resets at midnight UTC, and more opens up each day of the month. On Platinum, for example, that is $19.90 a month.
Account and data
Where does the data come from?
Public sources only: YouTube transcripts of the creators you follow, public Reddit, StockTwits and Discord communities, and free market price data. AlphaFloz never connects to a brokerage and never places a trade.
Do you store my card or brokerage details?
No brokerage details, ever. When checkout is open, payments go through Stripe; AlphaFloz never sees or stores your card number.
I forgot my password.
Use Reset access to email yourself a one-time sign-in link, or choose Email me a sign-in link on the sign-in page. You can keep using links instead of a password if you prefer.
What time zone are the times in?
Times on screen are US Eastern. Daily counts and budgets reset at midnight UTC, which is 8 pm Eastern during daylight time and 7 pm in winter.
Disclaimers and support
Is this investment advice?
No. Signals are informational and not investment advice. Past accuracy does not guarantee future results. AlphaFloz grades what creators said and what the price did afterwards; what you do with that is your decision.
